Return Policy

Sometimes things don't work out - we get it. Please see below for more information:

Returns

  • Returns must be requested via email to support@savorio.com.au within 15 days of receiving your order. You will be provided with further instructions upon receipt of email, including return postage address, if the return is accepted.
  • Items must be in the same condition it was received, with tags and original packaging.
  • Change of mind is not a valid reason for return.
  • We require a proof of purchase e.g. your order number or order confirmation email.
  • Shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non refundable.
  • Return shipping fees for approved returns are at the expense of the customer.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • We do not accept returns on freight delays that are outside of our control.
  • Once your return is accepted and processed, you will receive a credit note, valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Exchanges

We will replace any items purchased from our website if they are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please email support@savorio.com.au to get the process started. Please ensure to email us right away, and please include photographs of any damages.
