If you want something lighter and more refreshing

Ingredients:

• 45 ml Gin infused with An Evening in Paris kit
  
• Tonic water
  
• Dried Lemon wheel and a few Rose Petals for garnish

Instructions:

• Fill a balloon glass generously with ice
  
• Pour 45 ml of your infused gin over the ice
  
• Top up with chilled tonic water to bring out the floral and citrusy complexity without needing extra ingredients
  
• Gently stir to combine
  
• Garnish with a dried lemon wheel and a few rose petals
