Elderflower Lemon Collins

A tall, summery cocktail with vibrant citrus and floral notes

Ingredients:

• 45 ml Vodka infused with An Evening in Paris kit
  
• 15 ml elderflower liqueur (like St-Germain)
  
• 20 ml fresh lemon juice
  
• 10 ml sugar syrup (if needed)
  
• Top with sparkling water
  
• Lemon wheel & fresh herbs (like mint or thyme) for garnish

Instructions:

• Add 45 ml infused vodka, 15 ml elderflower liqueur, 20 ml fresh lemon juice, and 10 ml sugar syrup (if needed) to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  
• Shake well until chilled
  
• Strain into a tall Collins glass filled with fresh ice
  
• Top with sparkling water and give it a gentle stir
  
• Garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh herbs like mint or thyme
  
• Serve immediately and enjoy!
