No. 9 Berry Dark Bloom

A lush and floral bourbon cocktail with a burst of juicy berries and aromatic depth.

Ingredients:

• 60 ml Bourbon infused with Provence Sunset kit
• 4–5 fresh raspberries (or blackberries)
• 20 ml lemon juice
• 15 ml vanilla or lavender simple syrup
• Splash of soda water (optional for a lighter finish)
• Crushed ice
• Garnish: skewered berries and a lavender sprig or mint

Instructions:

• In a shaker, muddle the berries with lemon juice and syrup
• Add infused bourbon and ice
• Shake well until chilled
• Double strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice
• Optional: top with a splash of soda water
• Garnish with a skewer of berries and a lavender sprig
