Orchard Sparkle

Ingredients (1 serve):

• 45 ml white rum infused with Orchard Ruby kit
  
• 15 ml spiced syrup 
  
• 60 ml sparkling apple juice (chilled) 
  
• 60 ml dry sparkling wine or prosecco (chilled) 
  
• Ice cubes 
  
• Garnish: Dried apple fan or fresh cranberry skewer 

Instructions:

• Fill a large wine glass with ice
  
• Add infused alcohol and spiced syrup
  
• Top with sparkling apple juice and sparkling wine
  
• Stir gently and garnish
