Peppered Mango 75

Ingredients (1 serve):

  • 45 ml gin infused with infused with Black Tie Mango kit  
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice  
  • 10 ml simple syrup  
  • Sparkling wine (dry prosecco or brut champagne) to top  
  • 4–5 whole black peppercorns 

Instructions: 

  • Shake gin, lemon juice, and syrup with ice until well chilled
  • Strain into a chilled champagne flute
  • Top with sparkling wine
  • Gently drop the peppercorns into the glass so they float and drift
