Peppered Mango 75
Ingredients (1 serve):
- 45 ml gin infused with infused with Black Tie Mango kit
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml simple syrup
- Sparkling wine (dry prosecco or brut champagne) to top
- 4–5 whole black peppercorns
Instructions:
- Shake gin, lemon juice, and syrup with ice until well chilled
- Strain into a chilled champagne flute
- Top with sparkling wine
- Gently drop the peppercorns into the glass so they float and drift
