Poolside Glow

Ingredients (1 serve):

• 45 ml vodka infused with infused with Black Tie Mango kit 
• 15 ml Aperol (or substitute with Campari for more bitterness)  
• 15 ml lemon juice  
• Top with soda water (~90 ml)  
• Ice 
  

Instructions:

• Build in a modern balloon glass over ice
• Add infused vodka, Aperol, and lemon juice
• Top with soda water and stir
• Garnish with a mango wedge and a sprig of mint
