Scarlet Mojito

Fresh, floral, and minty 

Ingredients:

• 60 ml White rum infused with Spiced Scarlet kit
• 6–8 mint leaves
• 20 ml lime juice
• 15 ml cinnamon syrup or agave syrup
• Soda water to top
• Crushed ice
• Dried strawberry or mint sprig for garnish

Instructions:

• Muddle mint and syrup in a tall glass
• Add lime juice and infused rum
• Fill with crushed ice, top with soda water, and stir gently
• Garnish with Dried strawberry or mint sprig
